Overview

Built a full-stack hotel operations platform end-to-end — Next.js (React) web app, Node.js backend, and Flutter mobile app — covering scheduling, geofenced time clock, tasks, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest requests.

Problem

Hotels struggled with fragmented staff schedules, manual timekeeping, delayed housekeeping tasks, and untracked guest requests.

Solution

Built an integrated platform featuring Next.js web dashboard for managers, Node.js backend with Socket.io for live synchronization, and a Flutter mobile app with GPS geofenced time clock for staff.
